SAPinst IDES with no central instance install option?

I got a SAP IDES, I need to install it with Oracle.

I already install the JDK and the database but when I run the SAPinst it only shows me these options:

- Enhancement Package 4 for SAP ERP6

     -Software Life Cycle

          -Additional Preparation Options

               -Operating System Users and Groups

               -Prerequisites Check

          -Application Server

               - Oracle

                    -Dialog Instance

               .... Other Databases with same options

          -Database Tools

               IBM DB2 for Linux

          -LDAP Registration

               Active directory configuration

               LDAP Suport

          -SAP library installation and Update

               -Install/Update SAP Library

               -Install/Update EHP for SAP Library

          -System Copy

               -Oracle

                    - Source System Export

                         - Central System

                              - Export Preparation

                              - Table Splitting preparation

                              - Database and Central Instance Export

                         - Distributed Systems

As you can see there's not an option to install a SAP ERP Central system, in the Installation guide says that should be an SAP Application Server -> Central System. I tried to install it from a system copy but it ask for a JMIG label.ASC and I don't have it.

Could you help me with it?

Hi,

Yes as mentioned if your OS is 32 bit then you will get the option to install only Dialog instance.

If you want  to install Central instance then you need to have 64 bit OS.

Hi Luis Villalba,

Please check if your Operating system is a 32 bit or 64 bit system. In my opinion, you can install a central instance only on a 64 bit system and only dialog instance can be installed on a 32 bit system.

In the guide, it will be mentioned as -

The only instance, you can still install on 32-bit is the dialog instance.

Hi,

Make sure that you have the right dvd, also the installation option is not under Software life cycle. Go to Enhancement Package 4 for SAP ERP6-->SAP Application server abap->Oracle->Central system.

Make sure u download the correct INST Master DVD or not.
