How can I automaticaly produce a Bill of landing and all other necessary documents when transferring products from a plant to a consignment location? Any ideas would be highly appreciated?

I don't think this is possible in standard scenarios but this should be possible using some User Exit in delivery.
You can ask some technical guys they should be able to do it with some logic.
