Archiving an output from a delivery document

Hi All,

We have a delivery output type with the "Storage System" tab defined with a storage mode of "Print and Archive" and the Document type as "SDODELNOTE" in configuration.  Based on our understanding, a delivery document should be stored to the Business Document Navigator for Archivelink  based on the "SDODELNOTE" document type in our Archivelink configuration when a delivery document is created .  It appears that the Archivelink configuration is done correctly.

Our problem is that we cannot find the output within the Business Document Navigation (Transaction OAOR).  We were expecting the outputted document to be attached to the Business Object LIKP (as is defined in Archivelink).  The output type says that it was successfully generated so it is a mystery as to why this is not storing for us.  Can anyone shed some light as to what we are doing wrong?

Hi Shiva,

Thanks for your reply.  We don't think that this note is applicable.  Our outputs are for application V2 not V5. Any other ideas?  Thanks.

Hi John,

did you find a solution to that? We face the same problem, archivelink configuration and output type should be correct but still the document is not stored when printed. It is working for other documents though, e.g. V1.
