VF31 Convert Multiple Invoices to Single PDF File

Dear Experts,

Need your help regarding VF31.

The situation is: when I run VF31, choose
three invoices and press ‘Execute’. SAP is popping up three windows one by one
asking for printer. I select ‘PDF Creator’ from the drop down list three times.
Then SAP generates one PDF file for each invoice.

The requirement is to choose the printer
from drop down list only once and generates one PDF file for the three
invoices. That is when I run VF31, choose three invoices, only one spool is
generated, not 3 spools.

Is there any coding work? Or this could be
done by configuration only.

Please search the forum, this question (with variations) has been asked several times before. Search for 'combine spool'. If I remember correctly, it's not feasible in standard SAP and requires a programming change.

There is kind of a workaround but it's a bit cumbersome. In the condition records uncheck 'Release after output', then output will be added to the same open spool when processed. When done with all the processing, go to SP01, process the spool request and then delete or close it.

Did you maintain the output condition records in t.code VV31? If not, then maintain and try again in VF31.
