Pricing Condition type JCSR and JIVP

I would like to seek your advice in what condition type I should use for a 5% amount value of condition type JIVP?

We need a surcharge of 5% amount for condition type JIVP, I am thinking if it is possible to use condtion type JCSR for this case?

I am not sure also what is the standard use of condition type JCSR. Even If I use condtion type JCSR, does anyone have a suggestion how I could make this condition type calculate 5% amount for condition type JIVP? Is this possible if I create a routine requirement field in pricing procedure configuration?

One condition type is intended for VAT and another one for CST, I dont recommend to make use of JCSR for JIVP, since in the background, we are not sure, how it will behave.  Better, copy JIVP, rename it and make use of that for 5%
