No. but you can load the two plans into the workbench transaction, CWBQM. you should then be able to easily compare them as they will be displayed in column fashion, one above the other.
You'll have to do his twice. Once for the operation work area, and once for the header/mtrl assignment work area.
Also, you should post this discussion into the QM space, not the coffee corner.
