Where are files stored? DMS_C1_ST

Dear Experts,

First of all let me tell I'm just starting to work with DMS and Easy DM.

My issue is that I'm not able to find were the files are being stored. By default each time I create a new document (using Easy Document Management) the system assigns the storage category DMS_C1_ST.

As I've seen in transaction OACT, this storage category has the Content Repository DMS_C1.

In OAC0 I've seen this content repository has the storage type "03-SAP System Database" and there is a Physical path but when I go there I can't see the file there.

Where is suppose to be?

Thank you very much

By default, the documents are stored in database table DMS_CONT1_CD1. If the content repository is linked to the content server, then the documents will be stored in conten server.

Refer to the link below for more details:

Thanks Amit,

As I've read in the link you provide me: "The originals in database table are available in binary format." What means I won't find any *.doc or *.pdf file, correct?

Yes. The data is stored in binary format in database.
