Hi All,
While completing EIC activity, I am getting error “An Error has Occurred in SLA”, Due date field is also showing 00.00.00… Not sure what is the exact issue. I have checked SLA configuration it looks OK to me.

Please check SLA business hours and check category(s) are attached to SLA profile are not.
Most of the case is SLA business hours missing/

please check below config node
IMG > Personnel Management > Employee Interaction Centre (EIC) > Interaction Centre Web-Client - > Application Functions- > Activity - > Service Level Agreement (SLA)
1)you will define SLA contract - that is business hours
2) then you will define activity priority & category .
after that you will see SLA hours based on your config when you create activity.
