Hi,

Check your server connection..?

Check Your J2EE engine is running or not..?

If server is runnign then restart the J2EE and check RWB.

I now receive the following message when attempting to execute any function in Runtime Workbench:

Restart the Runtime Workbench, as the session was timed out. The data saved during the session is no longer available.

Hi Robert,

please re login in to the sld

as it will create a new session and then you can have the RWB working.

this will work.

I restarted J2EE, logged into the SLD and still get the following message.

java.servlet.ServletException.

The stack indicates

Internal Error 500

null pointer exception

Hi,

The HTTP code 500 indicates internal error in your application.

Check on to the stacktrace in

<local drive>:\usr\sap\XXX\YYY\j2ee\cluster\server0\log

This error can be resolved by fixes to the Web server software also and check note number 804124 at service.sap.com

Robert,

Please check this OSS notes whether you have all the settings as specified or not:
