Cannot create Portfolio - DSM: XHR Status was 404

Dear All,

Using the administrator account I am unable to create the Portfolio in NWBC. After logging onto the system via internet explorer, I try to create a Portfolio using the following path: Portfolio and Project Administration -> Portfolios -> Create Portfolio.

Another window pops up which displays the following error message:

"Server Error 404 - File or directory not found.

The resource you are looking for might have been removed, had its name changed, or is temporarily unavailable."

Upon closing this window, a pop-up appears with the following text:

"DSM: XHR Status was 404, not able to deliver PRO54-DSM data"

I would appreciate if someone could tell me whether I am missing some configuration or at which end the error lies. Please note that I am new to PPM 5.0 and in the middle of configuring the system to my requirements.

We have this same problem. Have you found the cause, and more importantly, the solution for this issue?

Hello All,

kindly help we are facing the same issue in our system. not able to create, edit or display portfolio or project.  how did you solve this issue?
