Dear All,
Using the administrator account I am unable to create the Portfolio in NWBC. After logging onto the system via internet explorer, I try to create a Portfolio using the following path: Portfolio and Project Administration -> Portfolios -> Create Portfolio.
Another window pops up which displays the following error message:
"Server Error 404 - File or directory not found.
The resource you are looking for might have been removed, had its name changed, or is temporarily unavailable."
Upon closing this window, a pop-up appears with the following text:
"DSM: XHR Status was 404, not able to deliver PRO54-DSM data"
I would appreciate if someone could tell me whether I am missing some configuration or at which end the error lies. Please note that I am new to PPM 5.0 and in the middle of configuring the system to my requirements.
