Sales Order Approval - Status Profile

Hi Experts,

Status Profile is working fine for sales order approval. My issue is here while i'm creating the sales order, I can approve the sales order immediately without using VA02.

When I create the document (VA01), SAP should not allow to approve but it should allow to approve (change the status profile) when I change the document.

Pls help.

May be you need to find the object name for the profile and remove that object for VA01 in PFCG

If we are able to change the status while creation of document, then what is the use of status profile.

Because anyone who create the document can approve by themselves.  Let me check with basis on above reply but is there any other way that I can control this or Can I know how to block the sales and get the approval in VA02 before it proceeds to delivery.

Forget to ask whether have you maintained Object Type for the status profile created ?  I feel, definitely, it should work had you maintained the correct object type.

I have started my full scale config  and will confirm as soon as completed.
