hi,

the sapsr3 currently is locked, so you just run following command

SQL>ALTER USER <username> ACCOUNT UNLOCK;

SQL> ALTER USER SAPSR3 ACCOUNT UNLOCK;

and restart the sapmmc.

When i typed ALTER USER ECC6\Administrator ACCOUNT UNLOCK;  and
ALTER USER SAPSR3 ACCOUNT UNLOCK; in the command prompt it shows

SP2 - 0640: Not connected

Hi Srinivas,

FYI, before you can start SAP, you need to ensure:

1) oracle is up and running. you can verify by open a cmd, type -> SQLPLUS "/as sysdba". If you see "connected" means your DB is opened and up. You need to start your DB if you see "connect to and idle instance" by issue "startup"

2) Ensure your listener is up and runing. You can do it in Services.msc in windows env.

3) Start your SAP in SAPMMC.

Thanks,

Nicholas Chang

in services.msc  OracleDb10ghome1TNSListner and oracleserviceC11 both shows Started (Automatic) but when  checked with  SQLPLUS "/as sysdba    shows....

error 6 initializing SQL*Plus

mesage file sp1<lang>.msb not found

SP2-0750: You many need to set ORACLE_HOME to your Oracle software directory

how to fix this?

(sapmmc dispatcher stopped)

hi,

the message is saying that Oracle_Home environmental Variable is not set. So, set the User environmental Variable like this.

Name: ORACLE_HOME

Value: <Partition>:\oracle\SID\102
