Dear experts.
I'm creating a new role for my users, copying from the standard roles, but when the users tried to access their messages from work center, the messages don't have a link into ID or description, to open it.
When the users tried to open it from SOLUTION_MANAGER, for instance, everything is working well.
So, I would like to know which profile enables this link...

Hello Glauber,
I'm facing the same fu.. problem and realized that companies are not using Incident Management!
It's very strange that main and important questions are not answered in this fórum!
I haven't found anything like this: ok, the necessary roles to run Incident management are: blablabla..
If you have found the solution, please, let me know!
