Does anyone know if it is possible to create an SD Credit Memo Request for a zero amount?
Via pricing, we can make individual line items zero value, but the document won't save correctly unless we make at least one line item $.01.
Our warranty system is using this means to issue credit memos for customer claims. We need to issue $0 credit memos back to the customer if their claim is rejected.
Regards,
Deb
It is possible to issue a credit memo of $0, based on yor credit meno request being modified to $0. You can have the list of material or service in the credit memo for which you are rejecting the claim with 0 value.

Hi Debra,
In a credit memo request you can assign reason for rejectiona nd save the request and with reference to the credit memo request create a credit memo. The value of this credit memo is taken as zero only as the line item is already rejected.
Hence this is possible
REWARD POINST IT IT HELPS
