GRC CUP 5.3 can a requester re-submit a rejected request

Can we configure CUP 5.3 to allow a requester to re-submit a rejected request.

Ex: suppose a role owner suggests a different role and rejects the request. can the requester make changes to the rejected request and re-submit.

If its possible what configuration options need to be set.

He can not. As suggested by Kevin, he has to re-submit the request.

Why not just use "Copy" request??  You can copy that particular request number, then edit the roles (or other info)  if that is necessary prior to submitting it again.
