Shut down system if user user is inactive for some time

I would like to know how do we shut down the system fi the user is inactive for 12 hours ?

Rajesh,

I think you are looking for loging off inactive users NOT the SAP itself. If yes please set the parameter rdisp/gui_auto_logout to an appropriate value.IF the value for this parameter is 0 , means users wont automatically logged off. This is dynamically switchable parameter.

Profile parameters can be set from transaction RZ11 (to change them dynamically) or with the profile maintenance transaction RZ10.

You can put this parameter in DEFAULT profile using TXn RZ10
