Hi Experts,

While configuring the Standard MDG Supplier process, i am unable to assign the agents to a decision table by using BRF+ T code.

I am able to create change request sucessfully, but, the worklow is getting error in the get agent filter step.

And, i am using WS60800041 standard Workflow for Creating supplier process in MDG.

Can you please, let me know how to assign the agents to a decision table in BRF+ ?

Thanks & Regards,

Mahesh

Hi Mahesh,

To assign the agents  to a decision table in BRF+ of supplier MDG.

1. Open object MDG_BS_ECC_SUPPLIER_WF_CUSTM in BRFplus.

2.  Assign an agent for each workflow step i.e create supplier ,  change supplier delete supplier etc.

Below is an screenshot showing the agent assignmenrt.

Please make sure that user must be assigned to  SAP_MDGS role.

If you find this answer useful. Please reward some points.

  • To assign processors to workflow go to Decision Table   DT_USER_AGT_GRP_MAT01(for material)
  •     Inside that table for condition alias you have to give User agent value like name of the users who handle the request.
  •     You can edit this table by clicking on edit.

                          Then

  •     Inside Process Modeling->Workflows->Other MDG Workflow,   You need to activate all the BADI by just selecting one and click on display and then click on activate.

Then

  • Go to Workflow builder through SWDD transaction code (T-code):
  • You can see the task by either double clicking the node or select task from navigation area.
  • You can check whether a particular task is assigned to any agent or it is a background one.You can see the task in task properties.Either one option should be green i.e. agent assignment or background processing. If both options are gray. Click the symbol and then click attributes. And select general task.

Hi Kanchi,

1.Create Change request and assign workflow number.

2.Use BRF+ and fill the single value and decision tables accordingly.

If the tables are not avaialable, import them from 000 client.

Hi Kanchan,

Check in Type of Change Request created if you have checked "Single Object".

Also make sure you have entered the correct user name and user agent type as "US" in decison table DT_USER_AGT_GRP_MAT01
