Problem with adding new connection in Universe Designer

Hi , i am trying to add a new connection in designer but when i click "new" button nothing happens and window freeze. And i also can't edit connections which are already defined. Do you have an idea about the problem ? Thanks in advance.

Try disabling the antivirus.

Else, use SysInternals tools (processmonitor, procexplorer) to investigate why

Hi, i already disabled all antivirus and  firewalls but still no good. I will try to inspect why with the tools you recommended.

These may have caused a problem during installation (i.e. data access packs/middleware didn't get installed)

During the installation two dlls (importent6.dll , exportsdk.dll) gave error. I ignored them during the installation and manually registered these dlls by REGSVR32 command fater the installation.

I am having the similar issue. I don't have much experience with the BO Admin area but I suggested to the admin what you guys did. I don't know if they faced any issue while installing BO.

Please let me know the final solution for this issue. I will appreciate.
