PI users on remote SLD

I am using PI 7.11 without any local SLD. My SLD is hosted on solution manager based on 7.01. I'm trying to register the XI components to my SLD.

I have the following users created in PI-Production client after running initial wizard (java):

PIAFUSER, PIAPPLUSER, PIDIRUSER, PIISUSER, PILDUSER, PILSADMIN, PIPPUSER, PIREPUSER, PIRWBUSER, PISUPER

I have the following users created manually in my remote SLD according to note 939592:

PIAF<SAPSID>, PIAPPL<SAPSID>, PIDIR<SAPSID>, PIIS<SAPSID>, PILD<SAPSID>, PIREP<SAPSID>, PIRWB<SAPSID>, PISUPER_<SAPSID>.

Please help me resolve three queries ...

1) I see that PIISUSER, PIPPUSER and PIRWBUSER are the users being used in different RFCs. PISUPER is used for XI configuration... Do I need to delete/lock the other users..?

2) Is it alright to use PISUPER_SID and not PISUPER on solution manager sld ?

3) Which parameters do I need to modify in exchange profile so as to let it know that the users are of the form PI<type><sid> and not PI<type>USER ? (e.g. PIISUSER is created as PIISDEV) where DEV is sapsid ?
