Adding a condition across contracts

Hello SAP Experts,

We intend to insert a discount or rebate condition across hundreds of contracts at one go.

Is it possible to insert this through condition adjustment? Please suggest alternate ways by your experience?

Hi Veena,

In the REAJPR transaction there is a mark for adding conditions under certain conditions.

This can be an option, but the best way is to use a LSMW with a BAPI. You cannot delete conditions by an LSMW.

Hi Veena,

Try using the LSMW to add the condition for multiple contracts.

Use the BAPI : BAPI_RE_CONDITION_DATC

Important points to remember while doing :

• Validity of the contracts  - to avoid the error while processing the LSMW
• Contract statuses - if any workflow issues take care of the authorization / turn off the WF
• Run the Cash flow regeneration report after updating the Condition records.

However I am looking at exploring adding and deleting in mass from REAJPR i.e. adjustment.
