Display characteristics in the interactive plng shuffler

Hi,

In my MPOS i have 12 characteristics, and in the planning book shuffler i could see all the 12 characterstics for the selections..but i want to restrict this.

i would like to have only 7 characteristics (as default)  be displayed in the drop down menu ..

how to achieve this..

Hello ,

Please add only the required Characteristics from the lists of characteristics while creating  your planning book via /n/sapapo/sdp8b (In the Characteristics tab).Only those characteristics will appear in your interactive planning book shuffler.

This will resolve your issue.

Hi,

If you need the characteristics in the view, but don't want them in the shuffler, you would need to use a BAdi.

You can change the behaviour of the shuffler by using BAdi /SAPAPO/SDP_SELECTOR. I think the method DP_CHAR_VALUE_LIST should be the relevant one for you, but use this exit properly as it would be called for the shuffler of all the planning areas, so you should take care that the shuffler of other planning areas are not negatively impacted.
