Getting problem while defining webservice system in VC

Hi all,

created webservice and tested working fine, I am trying to create the system for webservie in VC by using WSDL URL gettting "unknowException while creating system".

Followed procedure: in VC

Tools->Define webservice system provided all the information.

can you any one help out from this prob.

Hi Srikanth,

I guess you have to enter the web service's URL address. Not the address of the WSDL file.

Are there related error messages in the log files?

Hi Martin,

I entered WSDL file address not URL address. I think we might required superadmin roles is it correct? can't we create normal in user role ? if, how to create the webservice system with normal user role ?

Hi Srikanth,

you might be right. In the <a href="https://www.sdn.sap.comhttp://www.sdn.sap.comhttp://www.sdn.sap.com/irj/sdn/wiki?path=/display/vc/roles%2bneeded">visual Composer wiki</a> Mario Herger suggests to assign the portal role super_admin to your Visual Composer user. you definitely should give it a try.
