Dear all,
We done a outbound delivery against the STO , the excise invoice is done against the perfoma invoice.
we cancelled the excise invoice but when we are trying to cancel the Outbound delivery though VL09 system is showing error " Cancellation not possible; Proforma Invoice has not been completed".
Kindly help me to resolve this issue.

In VF02, enter the proforma billing document number and go to menu Billing document ->complete. This will close the proforma and then you can use VL09.
