Why SAP_ALL user doesn't have full authorization for S_TABU_DIS?

Hi!

I discovered that a user with SAP_ALL profile doesn't have full authorization for S_TABU_DIS authorization object.

What can be the reason?

My task is to activate document splitting for new general ledger in IMG.

The program Activate Document Splitting runs in display mode.

ST01 trace shows ACTVT = 03; DICBERCLS = FGL0 for S_TABU_DIS object.

Why 03, not 02 ?

Hi Andrey,

Please check the below steps:

Name: S_TABU_NAM

Fields: ACTVT and TABNAME

VIEW_AUTHORITY_CHECK will check then this object for view/maintain auth for the maintained tab-name, if the check for s_tabu_dis failed. So it is possible then to grant access by table names!

Corresponding note: 1481950

note 1500054 (listing tables which can be accessed with existing s_tabu_dis authorizations

Hi ,

The user with SAP_ALL profile may not have all the authorization due to restriction on some of the Object.

You can contact Basis team for authorization.

They can give  full authorization for S_TABU_DIS authorization object.

We don't have Basis team currently.

Could you give me a lead?
