SUP2.1 - How to configure SAPRouter in SAP Connection

Hi all,

I wish to configure SAPRouter in SUP2.1 SAP Connection which allow MBO to connect back to SAP.

Hi Choong,

Create a new connection using the Connection Pool Type : "SAP".

In the "Host Name" property enter the server address using router string notation as given below.

/H/router ip/S/3299/H/server ip

For example:

/H/xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx/S/3299/H/yyy.yyy.yyy.yyy

Where "xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx" is the IP address of the SAP Router.

And "yyy.yyy.yyy.yyy" is the IP of the actual SAP ERP system you want to connect.

See the screenshot for your reference.

All the other properties are to be filled as usual.

Click "Test Connection" to ascertain if the connection properties are correct or not.

While creating the SAP connection in Sybase Unwired Workspace, use the same value in "Host Name" for the property "Application Server".
