SBWP Performance issue

Hi Experts,

We are facing performance issues with SBWP.

Issue :

Final save on PR approval (after individual line items have been approved) takes 15s + for Coy on March 06. It used to be about instant. The PR was approved starting from the SAP Inbox (SBWP).

Please provide your suggestions to fix this performance issue.

Hi,

Tell your BASIS guy to check the connection between mail server and SAP server.
