Does AIS exist with SRM system?

Does anyone know if AIS (Audit Information System) exist with SRM system?

I don't see any reason it doesn't exist..

Please look into the below OSS from SAP

Note 100609 - Audit Information System (AIS) - installation

• SAP Release 4.70 - and onwards

           As of SAP Basis Release 6. 20 (Support Package 43 and higher) the system audit belongs 

           to the software component SAP_BASIS as far as delivery is concerned. 

           This means that the system audit is available in all SAP systems 

           (WebAS, CRM, SEM, BIW, and so on). 

           Note 754273 gives full details of this

Hi,

As of I understand, AIS is used for internal & external auditing.It is being used for FI module for tax checks as well.

Now AIS being part of Netweaver 7.0 it can be used in SRM, but there may not be standard way of doing it.
