Problem in carrying in SNP optimization run

Hi Experts,

I am working with SCM 4.0, while i am doing SNP Optimization run for some selective location-product combinations, while i am Executing it encounters with the following error. Any inputs how to solve this issue are welcomed.

Fahrudeen,

This could happen when you have your planning engine on a separate machine. The SCM server gives cpic call to the optimizer server the error relates to some problem in the connectivity or the optimizer server OS.
