CLM Contract Generation Issue

Hi Experts,

We have CLM 7.0 Sp2 patch 4 in our landscape. We are facing a problem during contract generation. The issue is that when multiple users try to generate the contract document simultaneously in the system, the generation activity fails and system gives a error mesage "your request has failed because and an unexpected error...". This problem does not happen when a single user generated the contract document - in this case contract is generated correctly.

We checked the CLM & CGS connections and tested changing the time out, refresh, save parameters. But we still get the same error. Has anybody come across this issue before. Any pointers to the solution is appreciated.

Hi,

Could you turn on debugging repeat this and then post the excerpt from the logs where this occurs?

That would be very helpful in finding out what is happening here.
