SAP Solution Manager 7.1 SPS4 : Product version on SLD

Hi Experts,

After installing SAP Solution Manager 7.1 SPS4, I have added my systems to SLD using RZ70.

I have a problem because some components don't have any SP version when it appears well in System -> Status of the environnement.

For example, EA-HRCRU component :

In system : EA-HRCRU 6.04 0008

In SLD : EA-HRCRU 6.40

It's OK for SAP-BASIS, SAP-APPL, EA-HR,.......and many components but not for some others.

I tried to delete system from SLD and send information again from RZ70 but I have the same problem.

Hi,

I have installed the latest model version version (1.6.27) but not the latest Content version.

I will do it now !!

I hape this will correct my problem

Hi Chris,

Please check the CR version of the SLD and upgrade it to latest patch level so that you will get all the latest SAP components,products, product versions.

Please check the note 669669 to upgrade the CR content in SLD .
