Dear Gurus,

we have implemented UD reversal program .

when i used this  prog for serialsied material it is not working.

what we have to do for running this rog for serialised material too.

Since you can't reverese the UD for Serial Numbers, can you just make the proper posting via MIGO?

Smruti has already given you the correct answer.  The OSS note 175842 specifically states in the solution section, and I quote  "3. We do not support the resetting of postings for materials that require serial numbers."

You will need to manually adjust your inventory thru other means.

Well Already everyone has given comment on this,Which says SAP note not works for serial numbers and its very true.

Only way to put material back to QI is do 322 in MB1B by activating 08 inspection type.

BUT this is not document specific reversal & by doing so,you can not cancel original lot or material document.

Hi ,

The SAP note will not work for serialized material. IF you have done the wrong posting then activate 08 inspection . Transfer the material to quality using 322 movement and do the correct stock posting.

Note. But here reversal of the docuemnt is not possible only you can correct the stockposting.
