Plandriven Procurement Requirement

Hi Experts,

We are working in Extended classic scenario with SRM 5.0

In the Plan driven Procurement one of our client requirement is as follows.

Currently the Procurement Profile is set based on Material group and Purchasing group.

Can there be any exit to modify this logic like appart from Material group and Purchasing group we also need third parameter like Document type to set the Procurement profile for PR in ECC.

Hello Karthikeyan,

Please look into the below two possibilities for changes from R3 side for PDP.

1) If you need more flexible criteria to determine which profile the

system is to use for which purchase requisition, you can set up the customer exit

BBPK0001.

2) Edit Outgoing Requirements :BBP_BADI_EXTREQ_OUT

The BAdI is available as of backend Release 4.6B with R/3 Plug-In 2003.1.
