Setting the Default user view to all user for item dashboard in xRPM4.5

Hi Experts,

We have the following situation in xRPM 4.5:

We are creating the default user view using the below given steps

1) SE80;

2) Select the WD Application /RPM/UI_DASHBOARD;

3) Select "/RPM/UI_DASHBOARD_ITEM” (double click on it);

4) In the upper left corner of the window, select the menu Web Dynpro Application --> Test --> In Browser - Admin Mode.

5) Create User View

The default User is set to all users in development environment. We have transported the same to quality environment all the transports are successfully transported.

But in the quality environment only one user could see the “Default User View” all other users are not getting the same.

What could be the reason?

Do I need to do any other step to set the “Default user view” to all users?

Have you selected the Initial View for the custom view in item dashboard?
