VA25N along with Material Number

Dear all,

While viewing the report in VA25n, VA15n or VA05n, I cannot see material numbers in the report. It gives only the net value. Whereas in VA05, we can select the line item and go to the order directly. The client does not want to input any material number while executing the report VA25N. They just want to give the sales organization and distribution channel. Kindly suggest.

Hello Aditiya,

In VA25N / VA15N & VA05N, material code is not provided in SAP Standard.

If you need Material-wise Sales Order, Inquiry or Quotation Reports, then you will have to get a new ABAP report developed as per the requirement of the client.

You can also try LIS / SIS reports like MC(E.

you can get material number by using T-code: VA15/VA25/VA05

We can get material number in VA15 and VA25, but you cannot get all IN or QT without inputting Sold-to-party. If you do not input Sold-to-party, you will get only open INs or QTs. That is why I am trying VA15N/VA25N.
