System data not found under report a product error in SMP

Dear Experts,

I wanted to create an sap message but under report a product error i am not able to see the system data.

however i have raised an message to SAP 10 days back but now i am not able to raise.

Please help me on resolving this issue.

Dear ALL,

This not because of any technical issue.

This is due to the maintenance expired for our customer.

In this situation get in touch with the contract people in SAP and they will help you after making the payment.
