MSMP Process Activation Error

Looking for assistance to determine why I recieved the following error:

"Error when generating a new version 000001 for process SAP_GRAC_ACCESS_REQUEST"

Any information or a direction I can look to determine the cause of the error would be appreciated

This could be a multitude of things, without seeing what is in your Simulation Log, this is difficult to pin point.

However, first I always check my stages where the errors occurred and make sure that all NECESSARY settings have been enabled.  That has been my most seen issue when this happens to me.  If you are trying to just generate a version from out of box, then this would be your best bet as the cause. 

2nd would be that I have not maintained a Rule / Agent / Route Mapping that is being referred to in a workflow.
