storage unit number is zero in TO

All, Please help with this scenario,

TO is created for a delivery where a material had 0 destination storage unit but system has generated SU numbers for other materials in same TO excpet for a material, when I am trying to cancel it it says below message, how should I process this now?

Entry does not have required length ( 09 positions)

Are you getting error while canncelling TO through LT15 ?.Is packing instructions matined for the material ?.

what about other materials,is it assigned.If assigned then maintain our current material.
