Dear All,
Im my one of the communication channels I am getting the following error in RWB-Adapter Monitoring:
Sender Adapter v2307 for Party '', Service 'Filesource':

Also it is not polling the file from the folder. Can anybody please suggest what is the error and might be the solution for that.

do u have Module processor or user defined fucntion? if they eshist please check those . they are giving null pointer exception.

thanks for your valuable replies.
yesterday after restarting of the Java Stack the file was polles immediately but when today I tried to poll the same file it showd the same error mentioned above.
what might be the cause?

The described problem is solved with patch 17 for SP14, patch 6 for SP15, patch 0 for SP16 onwards of the XI ADAPTERFRAMEWORK CORE 3.0 software component. Import the relevant SAPXIAFC[SP-Number]P_[patch-number].SCA archive for SAP Exchange Infrastructure XI 3.0 as described in the NetWeaver 04 Support Package
please check your J2EE is up or not. I think it is down

In communction channel put the adapter status : Inactive and change the immediatly active .
Now save and activate your communcation channel.

this is one of the usual reccuring questions with multiple answers but one of the recnt ones that seems to have solved the issue was a restart of the Java stack !!!!
