Reg:Existing assignments for users in AC10

Hello All,

Recently I observed something while I was checking through Existing Assignments tab in AC10 Access Request or My Profile.

The user doesn't exist anymore on the system i.e. was deleted and ran user sync job and also repository sync job but even then when we are trying to create user again using GRC it is showing existing assignments even though the user doesn't exist on backend system anymore.

We also confirmed that she doesn't exist in backend system by validation in GRC i.e. it says user doesn't exist in the system do you want to submit the request.

Is there some other job i need to be running to fix this issue.We are on SP7.

Note 1664125 - Deleted users are not getting deleted after Repository sync

Hi Diego,

Thanks for the reply.I implemented this note on my backend system but it still hasn't fixed the issue.I am trying to see if something else is missing and also opened a message with SAP.Will post it if I get the solution
