Reg- XML file format

Hi Experts,

My client having 3rd party application and it is generating XML file in unstructured format. saying that can NOT change.

My team is not able to se this for PI purpose.

What will be the alternative option? Please suggest ?

I already answered in the other thread.  Always wise to validate the third party document before we handle it in PI.  Use XMLSPY and see any syntax errors. Pass those information to the third party to correct it. After correction from the client import the file in PI.
