Country field in customer master as optional

I would like to know, how to change the status of the county field in Customer master as optional entry.

Hi Kiran,

go to customer account group select your account group field status, here you will have option to change the field to option / Hide.

I have checked in OBD2 and I am not able to find the country field, to change its status as optional.

Hi Kiran,

Country is Required filed irrespective of any account group, so in satndard SAP we will have have option to make it optional or Supress.
