SAP to OTM(Oracle Transport Management)

Hello SAP experts, I am doing interface between SAP and OTM, the deliveries are going into OTM and coming back to SAP as a shipment document for the goods issue process and going back to OTM as shipment actuals. My question here is if there's an update/cancel in the delivery document after being sent to OTM, then how can we see that in SAP. I have already done the mapping of both the systems but just want to know, how would we send the delivery data to OTM after the mapping has been done. If anyone can help me and just give me some info on how we can do this interface? Thanks in advance.

Dear Jennifer,

You should pass all the changes in the Delivery to OTM ,via Change pointers.

The Delivery change should be allowed til the  Bulk planning run in OTM.

You should lock these Deliveries during Bulk run, to avoid change during planning

We have a interafce between SAP to OTM

Can you please tell me how you have implemented this interface?

How you are sending the delivery to OTM?Is it through a HTTP post or through a webmethod call ?
