Surrogate Bidding - Purchaser cannnot edit RFx response after returning

Hi experts,

We're implementing SRM 7.01.

I'm testing the surrogate bidding function and have the following question.

Procedure:

1. Purchaser creates a surrogate bid and submit it.

2. In 'Response and Award' screen, he returns the bid.

3. He can no longer change the bid from the menu Response on Behalf > Revise.

4. As a Bidder contact person, he can change the same RFx response.

I wonder if this is the correct behavior.

Question solved.

When I open RFx response then 'edit' button is enabled.
