Change Message staus from "Automatic Restart" to "Cancel"

Hi gurus,

How can I change a message's status from "Automatic Restart" to "Cancel"? I tried to cancel the message in sxmb_moni but it says "message XX still scheduled in queue...." Thanks!

Hi Dayong,

if that message is in queue, You can try deleting that message from queue. This could change status from Auto restart to cancel. For doing this, you can select the queue from Queue ID column from moni find your message in that queue and delete it.

I am not sure if this is right way.

I was looking for how to stop "auto restart", not how to set "auto restart". Thank you for your guys help anyway!

If you want to stop the restart of messages go to sxmb_adm , remove IS_RETRY_LIMIT under TUNING category....

step  by step:

SXMB_ADM->Integration engine configuration->specific configutation->tuning parameter->IS_RETRY_LIMIT.

At first, it seems you should change this parameter MONITOR QRFC_RESTART_ALLOWED
