SAPAPO/OM13 - has Clients with Errors

Hello Experts,

I am a Functional Consultant, hope you can help me on the issue stated below.

While doing routine checks, I found error in /SAPAPO/OM13 - CHECKS Tab - Clients in Error (000) in RED light. May I know what has to be done here ?

In the information button it has " A planning version exists in at least one non-liveCache-relevant. Check whether this client is really non-liveCache-relevant. You can define this with the program /sapapo/om_non_lc_relevant_clt".

Hi Rahul Chitte,

check the report /sapapo/om_non_lc_relevant_clt

Is every client which uses the LC marked as relevant ?

Then check transaction LC10 - Connection LCA - DBACockpit

Navigate to Diagnostics - Database Objects - OMS Schemas (i dont know your SAP version. This is the path for 702. Maybe you have to search for the "OMS Schemas" panel...)

Is there any schemaname, which not begins with a LC relevant client ?

Exampel: Only client 100 is LC relevant and there is an OMS Schema with name: 200 and/or 200xxxxx

If yes. Delete all obsolete schemas with FunktionModule /SAPAPO/OM_SCHEMA_DELETE

You have to specify the exact OMS Schema name. No * is allowed.

!!! Attention: Do not delete a LC relevant schema. Check double before you hit OK !!!
