Hi All,
Greetings!
I have a doubt and need your help please on this issue.
My client's requirement is to create a calibration order automatically in the system everyday/daily. So I have created a maintenance plan (IP41), where I have put Cycle/Unit as 1 day and Scheduling Period as 365 days, so that 1 calibration order can be created for next 365 days.... Also I have other information like equipment, plant and task list maintained correctly in the Plan.
Now what do I have to do in the system and which transaction should I access so that I can schedule and the system will automatically create 1 calibration order per day automatically without any manual work?
Or am I missing some settings to fulfill this requirement?
PS: Already Equipment, Work Center and Task List are available.
Please let me know how to proceed or if I have missed some information here for you!
Thanks in advance,
Vinodh
It seems you did all correctly except background job for scheduling.
As Sujit Gujar mentioned already, make a variant in IP30 and make daily job for program RISTRA20 / new variant.
And IP41 is the transaction for single cycle plan, so you are right.

Yes ...You are really missing one of the most imp thing ,that is you should not use single cycle but you should use IP01 and enter "maintenance cycle : 1 day " .
Schedule the same by creating variant in IP30 .run this variant through SM37 every day.

Hi Sujit,
IP01 seems to be outdated and has been replaced by IP41,IP42 and IP43.
