Use of function MATLOC_SET to update target days of supply

I am using APO 5.1.

In the macro builder I am using function MATLOC_SET to update the decimal field Targett days of supply (TARGET_DUR).

But it appears not to work (but function is working OK for character fields).

Is there a limitation here in the use of this macro function?...

Is there a specific reason to use a macro - why cant you use MASSD . if your values are going to be different for different material - locations then you can use Winshuttle if you have it installed.

Hi Group APO,

The macro function MATLOC_SET will work only for the table /SAPAPO/MATLOC. The target days' supply field is defined in another table /SAPAPO/MATLOTSZ. Due to this reason, your macro execution may not produce any result.
