Empties evaluation

Hi experts,

I have activated empties management and done the necessary configuration.

I am using VOLL material type for full product and LGUT for empties product. I created the bill of material for full product and I did all the process flow: sales order, delivery and invoicing.

Can any body explain me why in the empties evaluation (T-code: /BEV1/EMS) a message appears:"No data exists for the selection given"

I am struck up and I am not finding any solution, so I need your help,

It's solved,by adding a correct number range (01).

I have no experience with beverage industry. So tried to check in OSS. Can you check the note Note 550369 - Error in empties evaluation report /BEV1/EMAUSW3  to see whether this helps you scenario?
