List of inquires and quotations

Dear all

When I am trying to see the list of inquires and quotations, if I do not specify Sold-to-party, system gives report only for open inquires. Is there any setting we have to do if I do not want to give Sold-to-party but still want to see All Inquires and quotations (Including open, completed).

TRY WITH VA25N (quote) & VA15N (inquriy)

Hi,

In VA25 and VA15 you will find sold to party in Selection screen, just chek in VA05N and put Order type of you Inquery/quotation.

Hi Vasanth

I am using VA15 T-code only, but here if I do not enter Sold-to-party, the system gives a green message which says only open inquires will be displayed, but if I give a Sold-to-party, it shows all inquiries. Our client wants a report without mentioning Sold-to-party or material.
