SAP systems registration in the NW Portal system

Hi All,

I am getting this error when I try to register my ECC QAS system in the SAP Portal system. I have attached herewith the Word document screenshot as well.

Please suggest.

(Connector) :com.sap.netweaver.bc.uwl.connect.ConnectorException:Wed Apr 04 01:20:40 PDT 2012 (Connector) :com.sap.mw.jco.JCO$Exception:The system is unable to interpret the SSO ticket received

Item type retrieval and registration requires a connection to the systems and may take a couple of minutes

For each system, they are generated as the configuration named 'uwl.webflow.<system_alias>' or 'uwl.alert.<system_alias>'.

After configuration changes in the backend system, you must re-register the system.

Hi,

Did you check the SSO between the Portal and ECC system?

Check SAP note and steps as in thread http://scn.sap.com/thread/1899255

Hi Srikishan,

I checked the thread and in that the ABAP section. Everything is in place in the SAP system.

Not sure further what is missing.

Are you sure that SSO is working fine between portal and ECC sys?

Hi,

Perform the steps to reproduce the error. At the same time check for latest dev_w* process logs updated. This would contain further details regarding the SSO error - perhaps missing certificate related entries on the ABAP system.
